Every couple experiences ups and downs. Sometimes, patterns of conflict or disconnection start to feel overwhelming. You may notice that you and your partner are:
Struggling to communicate without arguments or tension
Healing after infidelity or broken trust
Feeling distant or disconnected, even when you’re together
Navigating the unique dynamics of a blended family
Wanting to strengthen your relationship before marriage or a major life transition
If this feels familiar, couples counseling can give you the tools and perspective to move forward together.

Whether in person or online, couples counseling is a safe space for both partners to feel heard and understood. My approach is rooted in advanced training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York City, where I focused on couples and family therapy.
In sessions, I help couples:
Whether you’re addressing a current challenge or strengthening your relationship for the future, therapy provides the support and guidance you need.
In our first session, I’ll get to know you as a couple — what brought you here, your relationship history, and your goals. From there, we’ll set intentions for your work together. Sessions are collaborative, balanced, and designed to give both partners space to share openly.
My role is not to take sides, but to guide you toward greater understanding, empathy, and solutions that fit your relationship.
Reaching out for help as a couple is a courageous choice. If you’re ready to strengthen your connection, I’d be honored to support you.
