Compassionate care should be accessible — here are the ways you can pay for therapy.
Insurance Providers
I offer in-person and online therapy that takes insurance–making it easier for you to access care. Here are some of the providers I currently work with:
Coverage may vary by state or plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits before beginning therapy.
Private Pay Options
If your insurance is not listed, or if you prefer to pay privately, I offer a flexible sliding scale based on your financial situation. Fees and payment details can be discussed during your initial consultation so that cost is not a barrier to care.
Convenient Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. I accept:
Credit and debit cards
Health Savings Account (HSA) cards
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I can provide a “superbill” — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Not Sure About Coverage? Let’s Talk.
Insurance can feel confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re unsure whether your sessions will be covered, please reach out and I’ll help you review your options.
